to eat better - to follow a clean eating diet
to drink more water - min 2L per day
to move - to get off my ass and get my heart rate going

to slowdown - to enjoy my life more to spend more time with my husband and son and spend less time on the computer and more time just being present.
to look better - to feel& look younger

Fat Mama

So here I am, 1 year after having my baby. still fat.
I started this blog to help track my progress. Im sick of being a tired overweight mom. Im not proud of my body and Im hoping this online journal will help me become the mom I know I can be.
I plan on following the Tosca Reno clean eating plan and incorporating exercise into a very sedentary life.
My Goal is to blog daily to create, and meet my weightloss and life goals.
